Pengurus Forum TBM Sumbar Berkunjung ke 2 TBM di Pariaman
Minggu, 4 Januari 2024 – Sebagai rangkaian kegiatan sebelum debat capres terakhir digelar, Ketua Forum TBM Sumatra Barat, Hasan Achari Hrp, bersama beberapa pegiat literasi Sumatra Barat yang tergabung dalam Forum Penggerak Literasi Sumatra Barat (FPLS), melakukan kunjungan ke dua Komunitas Baca di kota dan kabupaten Pariaman.
Kunjungan ini dilakukan ke Komunitas Baca Masyarakat Lambang (KBM Lambang) dan Rumah Baca Ajo Piaman sebagai wujud silaturahmi untuk membangun konsolidasi bersama dengan para pegiat, pengelola, relawan literasi, dan pemerintah daerah mengenai pentingnya literasi masyarakat dalam lingkup komunitas literasi, termasuk TBM, Rumah Baca, Pojok Baca, Sudut Baca, atau bentuk literasi lainnya.
Rombongan pertama mengunjungi KBM Lambang di Desa Air Santok, Kecamatan Pariaman Timur, Kota Pariaman yang dikelola oleh Ai Kurnia Sari. Di sana, para pegiat literasi tidak hanya menikmati makan siang, tetapi juga terlibat dalam diskusi santai mengenai tips dan trik pengelolaan TBM. Pada kesempatan tersebut, Forum TBM Sumatra Barat memberikan donasi buku sebanyak 1 kardus sebagai bentuk apresiasi.
Setelahnya, rombongan menuju Rumah Baca Ajo Piaman di Desa Pilubang, Kecamatan Sungai Limau, Kabupaten Pariaman, yang dikelola oleh Abi Jonson Effendi. Di sana, Bapak Wali Nagari Pilubang, Asrul Jadid, turut hadir memberikan dukungan kepada komunitas literasi yang baru terbentuk di nagarinya.
“Wali Nagari Pilubang menyampaikan kegembiraannya atas kehadiran TBM di desa ini, namun menekankan perlunya kejelasan status lembaga untuk mendapatkan dukungan anggaran desa,” ujar Asrul Jadid.
Selama kunjungan, Ketua Forum TBM Sumatra Barat, Hasan Achari, menyampaikan isu-isu nasional terkait literasi, khususnya mengacu pada KepmenDesaPDTT Nomor 3 Tahun 2024 tentang pengelolaan TBM desa. Dia menyatakan optimisme bahwa impian mewujudkan 1 desa 1 TBM di Sumatra Barat dapat tercapai.
“Sebagai pegiat literasi, kita perlu hadir memberikan masukan kepada pemerintahan Nagari agar memperhatikan KepmenDesaPDTT Nomor 3 Tahun 2024 ini,” tambahnya.
Dalam diskusi, Sry Eka Handayani, Founder RBAN, memberikan masukan tentang pentingnya literasi di suatu nagari, mengingat perubahan zaman dan tuntutan perilaku generasi yang menuntut perubahan.
Sebelum acara ditutup, PW Forum TBM Sumatra Barat mendonasikan 1 karton buku bergenre anak dan agama untuk Rumah Baca Ajo Piaman.
