Forum TBM Sumatera Barat Punya Kepengurusan Baru
Ruang pertemuan lantai dasar UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Hatta, Bukittinggi jadi saksi atas pengukuhan pengurus wilayah Forum TBM Sumatera Barat periode 2023-2028.
“Pengurus wilayah Sumatera Barat, kami kukuhkan berdasarkan hasil musyawarah besar pada 3 Desember 2023 yang dihadiri 3 pengurus daerah Padang Panjang, Pasaman, dan Agam” penjelasan Opik, ketua pengurus pusat Forum TBM Indonesia. “Kenapa hanya 3 pengurus daerah? Karena kabupatan /kota lainnya belum memiliki kepengurusan daerah” lanjutnya. Melalui zoomeeting, Opik menerangkan kepada para undangan yang hadir di ruangan dan di ruang virtual zoom bahwa mengurus Forum TBM adalah kerja pengabdian. Kerja sosial.
Sebagaimana lampiran dalam surat undangan yang ditandatangani ketua dan sekjen PP Forum TBM Indonesia, pengukuhan dihadiri pejabat pemerintah dan stakeholder lain secara daring dan luring. Pejabat yang hadir secara luring antara lain:Balai Bahasa Sumatera Sumatera Barat : Dr. Eva Krisna, sekretaris dinas pendidikan provinsi Sumatera Barat: Fadrizal, kepala dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan (Padang Panjang, Pasaman, Payakumbuh, Bukittinggi), kepala dinas pendidikan kota Padang Panjang, ketua Ikatan Pustakawan Indonesia wilayah Sumatera Barat, Fadli, M.Kom. Undangan lain mengikuti pengukuhan melalui daring.
“Saya optimis pengurus wilayah periode 2023-2028 bisa berbuat lebih banyak untuk gerakan di Sumatera Barat. Sebab person-person yang ada di pengurusan adalah figure-figur yang punya rekam jejak aktivitas di daerahnya masing-masing. Saya mohon maaf atas kekurangan kepengurusan masa saya 2015-2020. Semestinya pergantian pengurus wilayah Sumatera Barat dilakukan pada tahun 2020. Karena satu dan lain hal, akhirnya pada ujung tahun 2023 lalu berhasil dibentuk” sambutan Yusrizal K.W. “Begerak bersama. Branding Forum TBM secara masif secara bersama-sama. Bukan ‘branding’ diri demi kepentingan sendiri melalui Forum TBM”pesannya.
“Balai Bahasa Sumatera Barat menyambut baik terbentuknya pengurus wilayah Sumatera Barat. Harapannya, ke depannya banyak program yang bisa disenergikan” sambut Dr. Eva Krisna.
“Ikatan Pustawakan Indonesia wilayah Sumatera Barat siap untuk bergandengan tangan dalam aktivitas penyadaran arti penting bacaan dab ilmu pengetahuan di tengah masyarakat” terang Fadli, ketua IPI Sumatera Barat.
“Forum TBM adalah teman seiring mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan :mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa” pesan singkat Fadrizal, sekretaris mewakili kepala dinas pendidikan provinsi Sumatera Barat.
Forum TBM merupakan mitra pemerintah untuk mewujudkan cita-cita masyarakat yang cerdas. Posisinya sejajar dan saling mengisi. Program pemerintah tentuanya saling beririsan dan bersentuhan dengan kegiatan taman baca-taman baca yang ada di masyarakat. Hal ini disampaikan Hasan Achari Haharap sebagai ketua pengurus wilayah Forum TBM Sumatera Barat 2023-2028. Pada kesempatan itu juga ia menerangkan bahwa pengurus periode ini punya banyak pe-er kedepannya. Diantara pe-er tersebut yaitu menginisiasi terbentuknya pengurus daerah di 16 kabupaten/kota yang pada periode 2015-2020 belum memiliki kepengurusan. Selain itu, ketidakadaan database dan pemetaan TBM Se-Sumatera Barat akan jadi prioritas kerja masa kepengurusuan kali ini. Prioritas kerja lainnya yakni mengadvokasi dan pendampingan pendirian TBM oleh masyarakat serta mendorong pemerintah untuk menjadikan gerakan minat baca sebagai program prioritas yang termaktub dalam RPJMD.
“Kami berharap seluruh stakeholder bisa berkolaborasi dan bersinergi dengan Forum TBM Sumatera Barat” Hasan menutup sambutan pengukuhan dirinya dan 13 orang pengurus lainnya.
Setelah pengukuhan, diadakan Talkshow Literasi yang mengusung tema :Berkolaborasi dan Bersinergi Membangun Masyarakat yan Literat. Tampil sebagai pembicara: Yusrizal K.W, Dr. Eva Krisna, dan Hasan Achari Harahap.
Denni Meilizon sebagai moderator berhasil mengatur ritme talkshow dengan menggilir beberapa perta nyaan yang diberikan kepada masing-masing pembicara. Ia mulai dengan mengulik pengalaman Yusrizal K.W dalam merintis dan menggagas kegiatan-kegiatan kampanye kesadaran arti penting bacaan di tengah masyarakat. Kegiatan yang berasaskan pelibatan dan kepartisipasian masyarakat sebagai syarat utamanya. Mulai dari program Padang Membaca, Orang Kaya Buku, Wakaf Buku, hingga ide pem bentukan TBM Tanah Ombak atau pun Bukik Ase. Denni juga memancing kepala Balai Bahasa Sumatera Barat untuk mau bercerita panjang terkait program-program lembaga tersebut yang beririsan langsung dengan kerja-kerja TBM. Sementara kepada Hasan Achari Harahap, Denni hanya memantik apa saja point-point rencana kerja pengurus wilayah Forum TBM Sumbar kedepan. Acara ditutup dengan foto bersama bagi yang hadir langsung di ruangan acara pengukuhan.
