Sekolah Alam Bukittinggi Kembali Pinjam Buku dari RBAN
Bukittinggi, 29 Juli 2024 – Setelah satu bulan dan 25 hari berlalu, akhirnya pustakawan Sekolah Alam Bukittinggi datang kembali ke Rumah Baca Anak Nagari (RBAN) untuk mengembalikan 111 buku yang mereka pinjam pada 4 Juni 2024.
Dua pustakawan, Icha Rahmayanti dan rekannya, membawa dua kantong plastik besar berisi buku-buku tersebut. Ketika tiba, mereka disambut hangat oleh Ketua RBAN, Hasan.
“Apakah kami boleh pinjam kembali?” tanya Icha Rahmayanti dengan penuh harap.
“Tentu saja,” jawab Hasan ramah.
“Tapi kami ingin pinjam lebih banyak kali ini, bagaimana Pak?” lanjut Icha.
“Boleh saja. Meskipun aturan rumah baca untuk komunitas/sekolah hanya 100 buku, RBAN lebih fleksibel. Asalkan bermanfaat bagi anak-anak di Sekolah Alam,” balas Hasan dengan senyum.
Icha menuturkan bahwa buku-buku yang mereka pinjam sangat bermanfaat. “Anak-anak di Sekolah Alam sangat antusias datang ke perpustakaan sekolah karena banyak buku baru yang mereka bisa baca,” ujarnya.
Zelvi, guru di Sekolah Alam yang turut serta dalam proses sirkulasi buku, menambahkan, “Sebelumnya koleksi buku di perpustakaan kami sudah ada, tapi anak-anak mulai bosan karena bukunya itu-itu saja.”
Akhirnya, Icha dan Zelvi membawa pulang sebanyak 150 judul buku bergenre anak keperpustakaan mereka.
Demikianlah cerita sirkulasi buku di RBAN. Semoga banyak orang yang mendapat manfaat dari gerakan literasi yang dilakukan oleh komunitas baca ini, yang berlokasi di Gadut, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat.
